Do you charge for pickup?

No — if the equipment has resale value, pickup is free and I pay you. For disposal-only loads, a small fee may apply.
Do I need to sort anything first?

Nope. Mixed boxes are completely fine. Send a photo and I'll assess it from there — no prep needed on your end.
Do you remove installed equipment or handle teardown?

No — I focus on pickup of already boxed or staged equipment. I don’t handle disconnecting, uninstalling, or on-site teardown. If your items are boxed or consolidated, I can pick them up quickly and keep things simple.
Do you take consumer-grade equipment?

I focus on business-grade accessories and bulk pickups — docking stations, chargers, and mixed IT equipment. I don’t handle individual items, laptops, or small drop-offs.
Do you handle full electronics disposal?

I focus on accessories and non-data equipment. For full disposal or battery-heavy loads, I can help point you to local Kansas City options.
